Business Management System (BMS)
The IAC’s BMS is the hub for Local Education Agencies to provide required documentation and submit requests related to Pre-K-12 public school facilities in Maryland.
BMS user accounts can be requested by authorized individuals by emailing iac.pscp@maryland.gov.
