FY 2027 Capital Improvement Program

In accordance with Maryland law (Education Article §5-304(b)(5), Annotated Code of Maryland), on or after May 1 each year, the Interagency Commission shall approve 100% of the school construction allocation included in the capital budget bill as enacted. The IAC met this requirement for FY 2027 on May 14, 2026.

FY 2026 Capital Improvement Program 100%

In accordance with Maryland law (Education Article §5-304(b)(5), Annotated Code of Maryland), on or after May 1 each year, the Interagency Commission shall approve 100% of the school construction allocation included in the capital budget bill as enacted. The IAC met this requirement for FY 2026 on May 8, 2025.
